City of Thurman issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
For Thurman residents only with a Thurman address. Judging will be on what’s out side your house not inside. Keep it appropriate for children. Let us know if you want to enter by calling 628-2038 and leave a message or e-mail is at cityofthurman@yahoo.com.
Prizes are First place $50.00 gift card Second place gets a $25.00 gift card and third place will get a $15.00 gift card. Judging will take place on Halloween winners will be announced on Halloween on here.
