City of Council Bluffs issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.
Officer Dodge reporting for duty with a special message from the Council Bluffs Police Department: Join the 2020 Citizens Police Academy! Classes are taught by CBPD officers and begin in January. The group meets every Thursday night for 12 weeks. Topics covered range from community-oriented policing to special weapons and tactics teams. Tag a friend you’d want to go through the course with!
