City of Council Bluffs issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
On Thursday, December 26th, 2019 the portion of Greenview Road just east of the State Orchard Road intersection will be closed until the fall of 2020. A detour will be posted. State Orchard Road (north of Greenview Road) will remain accessible from the west. Please be cautious in this area and drive with care.
