Montgomery County Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on Mar. 20.
We have no confirmed COVID-19 cases at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital. However, we continue to take preventative measures to protect our patients, staff and visitors. We continue to strenuously monitor and implement guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Iowa Department of Public Health.
As a preventative measure, the following hospital doors will be open during the following times. All other doors will remain locked.
Main Hospital Entrance
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 5:00pm
Physicians Center Entrance
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 5:00pm & Saturday, 7:00am – 12:30pm
Emergency Entrance
24 hours a day / 7 days a week
If you are seeking medical care or visiting an inpatient over the weekend, you must enter through the Emergency Department door. Please limit patient visits to those you deem absolutely necessary. To protect children and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, no children under 16 years of age may visit.
