City of Council Bluffs issued the following announcement on Apr. 11.
Starting Monday, April 13th, McPherson Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Bennett Avenue to Upland Drive for sewer repairs. The closure will last approximately one week, weather permitting. Business access will be allowed from Bennett Ave. Access to Upland Dr and Shevi Dr will only be allowed from the east. Please plan accordingly and drive with caution.
