Shenandoah Public Library issued the following announcement on May 28.
The Shenandoah Public Library is pleased to announce the next stage in our reopening. We will open our doors to the public starting Monday, June 1, and will be open Mon-Fri 10am-6pm. We will continue to offer curbside delivery of items at our Elm Street entrance. Items that have been checked out since our initial closure now have a due date of Monday, June 8.
There are a few changes you will notice and a few things we will ask of you to keep everyone safe and healthy. First, we cannot be a social gathering place for anyone of any age. Groups of people gathering will be asked to disperse. We also ask that you do the following:
