Census Bureau: More women than men in Panama in 2019

Of the 204 people living in Panama in 2019, 60.3 percent (123) were women and 39.7 percent (81) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Iowa Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 66-to-47. In the 65 and over age range, there were 13 females and 19 males.
