Census Bureau: More men than women in Hamburg in 2019

Of the 1,214 people living in Hamburg in 2019, 48.7 percent (591) were women and 51.3 percent (623) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SW Iowa Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 347-to-315. In the 65 and over age range, there were 144 females and 121 males.
