Details: Yoga fit marries traditional Hatha Yoga with a vinyasa flow mindset. Although this class does not use Sanskrit terminology, the poses are the same. Each class starts with one or two Sun Salutations followed by poses based on the knowledge/abilities of the participants that will not only challenge but improve on one’s balance, strength and flexibility. Every class is a little different.
Registration Price: Free
Registration Instructions: Classes are limited to 10. Participants must sign in to the class at the front desk when they check in. The sign in sheet will be used to fill the class on a first-come, first-serve basis.
