Mrs. AXNE. Madam Speaker, I was unable to vote on H.R. 3193--E-BRIDGE Act. Had I been able, would have voted YEA on this legislation. This is a strong bipartisan bill that I am proud to support, which will help bring needed Economic Development Administration grants to rural communities--helping complete that ``last mile''. As a member of the Rural Broadband Task Force, I am always working to see Congress pass legislation that will help connect more of our rural communities with the internet.
