Yoga fit marries traditional Hatha Yoga with a vinyasa flow mindset. Although this class does not use Sanskrit terminology, the poses are the same. Each class starts with one or two Sun Salutations followed by poses based on the knowledge/abilities of the participants that will not only challenge but improve on one’s balance, strength and flexibility. Join Michele on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:05 PM.
