The Clarinda Chamber of Commerce and theClarinda Ambassadors invite the communityto the Ribbon Cutting for JoyField Salon located at 111 North 15thStreet inClarinda on Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 a.m. JoyField Salon is owned and operated by Kelle Welch and her goals are to establish arelaxing Joy-filled atmosphere for all ages and to shine the light of Jesus. The salon will be offering a variety ofservices including haircuts, highlights, balayage, box braids,formal styling, facial waxing, perms, and much more!
