Atlantic Iowa Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 23.
Thank you to our FANTASTIC Street Department, who have spent the last two months working hard checking lights, hanging garland and decorations along 7th street, making sure our town twinkles and shines.
Thank you to Atlantic Municipal Utilities for ensuring all the lights would turn on.
Thank you Midwest MedAir for safely delivering Santa.Thank you Alan Zellmer for letting us borrow your trailer to make sure everyone could see Santa.Thank you The Cass County Choral Society for the Christmas tunes and shout out to Charlie Stogdill for the lights and sound system.
