Lewis Central High School standout Sophia Driver’s college team won in NCAA Division II softball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lewis Central High School standout Sophia Driver’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southwest Baptist Bearcats.

The game took place at Mid-America Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 6:50 p.m. at Mid-America Sports Complex against Rockhurst Hawks.
