There were 416 students enrolled in East Mills Comm School District schools in the 2023-24 school year, 1.0% less than the previous year, according to the Iowa Department of Education.

Of all students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 53.1% were girls, and 46.9% were boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, representing 91.1% of the East Mills Comm School District's total enrollment.
